  1. If you are a Shareware Vendor, BBS Sysop or anybody else intending to 
  2. distribute QBits, please read the following before you do so.

  4. If you are a Shareware Vendor, you are permitted to add QBits to
  5. your catalog, if
  6. - you explain through your literature that the price the user is paying
  7.    is only to cover YOUR costs, such as duplicatation of disks, labels, etc.
  8.    and that they do not own the program until they register. 
  9. - you do not refer to Shareware as being 'free' software.
  10.  
  11. CD-ROM and Disk Rack vendors, please contact the author at the address below
  12. to get permission to distribute QBits.
